This is a real, structured sales agent programme. You are registered as an independent agent with your own Agent ID and code. There is no fixed salary — you earn commission on confirmed sales, exactly like a freelance salesperson.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. You never buy stock. You only share your referral link and products. PhoneYa2-ZM holds the stock, fulfils the order, and delivers directly to the customer. You earn commission after the sale is confirmed.
How much can I realistically earn?
It depends entirely on how many people you sell to. Agents who sell 10+ items a month typically earn between ZMW 200 and ZMW 800. Top agents selling higher-value items earn more. There is no cap on your earnings.
How and when do I get paid?
Once a sale is confirmed by PhoneYa2-ZM, the commission is added to your wallet. You can request a payout via MTN Money, Airtel Money, Zamtel Money, bank transfer, or cash — whichever you prefer. Payouts are processed by our admin team.
Is there any fee to join?
No. Applying is completely free. There is no registration fee, no joining fee, and no monthly fee. If anyone asks you to pay to join the PhoneYa2 agent network, they are not representing us.
What if I don't sell anything?
Nothing bad happens. There is no penalty for not selling. Your account simply stays active, and you can start selling whenever you're ready. If you'd like, you can request to be deactivated.
How does PhoneYa2 make sure agents are legitimate?
Every approved agent gets a unique Agent ID (e.g. PYA-0001) and a QR code. Customers can scan or visit our verification page to confirm an agent is real before ordering. There is no room for fake agents.
Can I be an agent if I live outside Lusaka?
Absolutely. You can live anywhere in Zambia. Your customers can be anywhere too — you share your link, they order, we deliver or arrange pickup. Many of our agents are outside Lusaka.
